    1. Kenny Thomas can fly. I don't know what his vertical was before he lost the weight, but he gets up and gets up in a hurry - witness the blocked shots.

    2. Vlade Divac has taken over the title from Stockton as the premiere flopper in the league. Watching his acting in person was something else. Cato did a reasonable job defending him between fronting and resisting his offensive foul style of charging it in.

    3. We had noone to go to in the last two minutes. This cost us the game. Understandable when we lost our #1, 2, and 3 options, but it still sucks. Call me an idiot if you will, but I think we need to bench Rice, start Walt, and split the backup minutes between Langhi and Morris or Torres (offense/defense).

We need a scorer badly, and Rice doesn't even look like he wants to shoot the ball from the three point line. Say what you will about Langhi, but he believes in his shot and his ability to score.

    4. I love Oscar Torres. He likes having the ball, works really hard on defense and has decent size and quickness. This game showed that he isn't quite used to the higher level of defensive play in the NBA just yet. I think that he will adjust quickly though. Hopefully after Steve and Cuttino are healthy, he and Mooch can continue on from here and keep our backcourt's minutes down to around 35.

    5. I know this has been said before, but we need another play other than the pick and fade (which all too often ends up in an isolation). We showed some motion in the offense in the first quarter - too bad the execution didn't last all game.

Oscar Torres can become a nice scorer in this league, he has the right tools.

    Glen Rice is horrible.

I was in Section 225 and I was the loudest fan there ... except some Kings fans.

Divac missed most of his free throws because I was yelling "What a flopper you are, Divac!" every time he shot it. :D

Oooo ... Ooooscar is something. Too bad he shot an airball at the end ... but still a great game by the rook! :)

One thing I don't understand. Why did Rudy put in Brown for only a few minutes? I think he's doing fine and I really like how he ran the offense (although a little overhyped). Moochie, although scoring 19 points, bascially sucked running the offense all night. Brown gave a new look - RUN.

And KT, you are the man!!!

I was in 223 Rocketability - you must have been the only noisy one there - I kept checking but I didn't see anyone in what is usually one of the only loud sections.

Nutcracker: the lower prom is overrated =)
My dream seat for a Rockets game is in the middle of a bunch of rabid screaming, high-fiveing fans. Notice that I said dream. *sigh*
