Since the dawn of free agency, how many teams have gone for 4 years of not making the playoffs without removing their coach and/or GM? I'm sure such teams exist. But I can't recall one off the top of my head. I'm just beginning to realize how long it's been since we were in the playoffs (which aren't all that hard to get into, as they comprise more than half the league).
