The Dad looks decently strong. His skin tone seem to indicate a physical labor occupation as well. Plenty of time in the sun I'm sure. Anyways damn this is ridiculous. Who cares if the kid cries when he's hungry? Just don't feed him unless it's time for meal.... Maybe they can get him into a sport when he's older and turn all that fat into muscles...............................
i don't think you can turn fat into muscles, you can use both for energythough, under extreme circumstances protein -> energy. And when its a morbid problem like this , its likely he has some kind of hormonal or genetic problem out of his control.
Just 3 years old and he's already half his dad's height; that kid's gonna grow up huge. Next Yao Ming?
A cool story bro: When I first started working in the ICU I took care of a man who was nearly 600 lbs and came in because he had trouble breathing (CHF), but his real problem was he had a lot of skin infections because of his inability to wash himself properly so he started to develop septic shock. His blood pressure dropped and he was under our care for about 2 months...maybe it was 3. Anyways after he was getting better (and lost almost 150 lbs) his family came to see him and the first thing they asked him was... Are you hungry? I couldn't believe it...the dude is in there because he was so effing fat...yet the family continued to encourage his eating even when he was getting over a nearly deadly episode related to it. Point being...a HUGE reason people get fat like this is because they have people that help them sustain their eating habits..these parent are effed up, this isn't love...love isn't always doing something to make someone feel good...love in this case would be trying to help this poor kid to be healthy. I would say this is borderline abuse. Taking this kid away from these idiots would make his life a lot better in the long run.
