So the only time Obama can screw up is if he places a republican in his cabinet? Like many other americans and frequent posters in DD, you're more interested in play politics than actually getting people in office who will do good for this country.
Do good like Tom Daschle, Nancy Killefer, Timothy Geithner-who don't like to pay their taxes? Are these the good Americans that Obama wanted for this country?
If Obama cannot appoint qualified people to advise him and to man critical posts in his administration, he is really off to a horrendous start since this is what he sold America on during the campaign. Remember, he does not have much experience, and to counter that he would have to appoint qualified people to surround him. So far he's really screwed up, as he even admits
I don't claim to know to the motive of those individuals. I don't like to pay taxes. Nobody I know enjoys paying taxes. I hate paying taxes because I do not like where they go, such as these r****ded stimulus bills. But I was not pointing out the individuals he was appointing to his cabinet, but the head-in-the-sand mentality that people of a certain party are automatically wrong. The people are screwing this country up simply electing people of their party instead of those who fit the job role the best.
