    I doubt you get a discount especially when you take the entire place. They surely had to kick some people out on their butts so that is gonna cost some $$$.

    I actually think Obama would have been brilliant if he did stay at Day's Inn earlier on in his presidency to show he cares about saving money. Just a few times as a publicity stunt.

    Unfortunately, Obama is too honest and genuine and doesn't get that the public eats that stuff up.

    Oh, horrors! the US government is going to spend so much money on the Obamas. Why not just stay in the shanty town with some of the sex workers? or the local version of Motel 6? It is our money after all. Have to give tax breaks to hedge fund guys. :rolleyes: (sarcasm)

    BTW maybe the Obamas can push for more unions in India and even in the US to raise the living standards of the masses rather than probably empty posturing about sex workers.

    It's reassuring to see the extent of security. It would seriously suck to have our president assassinated in Mumbai, even if you don't like the guy.
