Morey should address this one...enough of those hustle and "defensive" type of players..tmac was supposed to be this one but we've moved on...if not, please get some solution on the Center spot so that we'll not be eaten alive...either one shoud be addressed before the trade dealine. prayin as always!

nahh...this is not a knee-jerk reaction after a loss. We need to look for answers and that's the reality.. ;)

If we get Iggy, there is your offense.

Well if Odom going for 19 rebounds tonight doesn't clue you in to the fact that we need a true big guy I don't know what will. We have no lenght outside of Yao a team of midgets will not cut it no matter how hard you play.

You are dead wrong, the lack of size just screwed us in this game. We kept the game close as always when playing contenders, but during the key moments, we get our rebound snatched right above our heads. I am not saying Landry and other players did not try in this game, but at least I've seen 3 or 4 times tonight even when we went up for the rebound, and have our hands on it. The Lakers bigs were just able to snatch it right out of our hands.

Who controls the rebound controls the game. We simply lost the rebound too much and let them shoot over us.

It's not a easy thing to fix too, because there are few players out there have the size AND the skills AND mindset to compete like the Rockets right now.

Think about it, even the contenders like Lakers need to put up their 100% to get the chance to beat us. In a 7 games series, I think we still have 50/50 chance. Hopefully Morey will be able to use T-mac's contract to get something to strengthen our rosters, and when Yao come back fully recovered next year. I think we will have the best chance yet to challenge the Lakers to win it all.

That would be nice but still a true 7 ft that can rebound and block shots.

We need Iggy and Dalembert and then Ariza can go away somewhere.

Offense from the center spot... 20 and 10 every night... 50% from the field, 80% from the line... Most skilled post player in the league... Decisive player both on offense and on defense... Hmm... Where have I heard of somebody like that before?

Exactly I don't know if Dalembert is the answer his avg rebounds stands at 8.2 per game but we had no chance a many rebounds with Odom and Bynum playing volley ball over the Rockets heads.

Exactly the only thing this team lacks is size at 5 spot. Don't need a scorer down there but a shot blocker\rebounder. The Rockets would be winning more games if they can get someone that fits the bill. I hope Morey gets some bigs in return for TMac.

The Lakers do that against a lot of teams. They killed the Nuggets on the boards in the playoffs last year, for instance.

The Rockets, down a 7'6 center, are still an above average rebounding team.

Yeah but he is not walking through that door this season. So, lets get someone that can at least block shots and rebounds and is 7ft tall for TMac's trade request.

Battriza....replace Trevor with Cbud or a healthy Von and the problem is solved.

I don't think so, you still need a shot blocker / rebounder and is 7ft tall because in the last two games it is the other teams size that is killing the team.

We shall see against the Suns as I remember it we couldn't rebound vs Amare and company either. C Bud needs to see more court time starters looked gased at the end of this one.

I stand corrected we out rebounded them 44 to 40 in our 1st match up but lost the game 111 to 105.
