Some how, I'm not surprised. Everyone thought Cooper was the next coach in line and, after this losing streak, it seemed to be a for gone conclusion that this was going to happen.

I like Buzz, good guy and worked harder than any other coach in the league. That said, most nights he was overmatched. Our offense, in two and a quarter years, hasn't changed or improved at all. It's interesting that Cooper will work on defense first. Nice thing is, the team has 3 days to recover before our next game (Friday vs Sixers).
weird I chose this team to be one of PJacksons prime landing spots. Melo / KMart / Nene / AMiller / MCamby you guys sound loaded but for some reason cant get it together. something PJ could probably help with. J
Wonder how much Kiki paid Carmelo for that ankle injury? "Come on, Melo, we need something that'll get a little losing streak going....nothing too big.....nothing to suspicious......" Evan
The writing was on the wall as soon as Cooper came on board. I just didn't think it would have been so soon...
He got fired for almost the same reasons why JVG is in trouble here in Houston. Their record is almost identical. Oh well
Not supprising to me since the guy was a 3pt shooter and a defensive stopper off of the bench as a player.
I really liked the guy too. I saw some ESPN documentery about the Nuggets last year. They all seemed like a happy family. It reminded me of when Rudy was here, the way the players interacted with the coach. We should of just traded JVG for him.
What did they expect? Coaches on the last year's of their contracts are hardly ever successful, they should of just found a new coach over the offseason. I wonder who's available, I don't think Michael Cooper is head coach for more than 3 games, George Karl?
