They waived him like twice. How can they resign him?
Good for him. I thought he and his agent were being idiots by refusing to sign until now with some very good european teams and instead he stayed out and kept practising until now-which is pretty late. We will see if he manages to stick around this time, but he took a big risk by waiting all this time.
He likely got signed to a min deal... if not a minimum deal, it was a deal that was less than what he was going to get paid. Happy for him to get a chance!
I saw a report that said he got an unguaranteed until January and a team option for next year. He was aiming for full guaranteed. Good luck to him.
really? The reports in the greek media said he didn't want to sign with Efes and a russian team. (I know Oly wasn't really interested even if their fans were campaigning for him). Anyway he has balls and confidence to try again.
Good for him - he could be a solid bench guy assuming he gains some consistency in his outside shooting. His passing made me think he was made to be a bench guy in San Antonio.
He would problem still be a Rocket signed to a new contract if he wasn't injured. He was on a roll before the major setback.
he was going to be dangled for lawson regardless. rockets had no other salary fillers to part with at the time.
