Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack. The team better known for sports movie fame(the Anaheim Mighty Ducks) sweep the Detroit Red Wings out of the playoffs. Go Ducks!
If Houston had an NHL team, I'd be much more into the NHL. Hey Jeff, Is Houston going to get a team pretty soon?
Its 3 AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOCKEY! HOCKEY! I like that hockey, all those guys with weird ass names smacking each other around, maybe if they played it in america it would be more popular yeah!
I hate Detroit, so I loved it. Nice to see tho other hi paid team out so soon (just liek the Rangers not making it). Now go Dallas, get one for Tugger!
You want a good series the Flyers/Leafs has been a war! Game 3 went to double OT and game 4 went to triple OT. Series knotted at 2-2. Anyone interested I believe game 5 will be nationally televised on ABC this Saturday.
I'm so disappointed. I figured that the Red Wings had it locked up to make it to the finals. Gotta hand it to Giguerre, he played a masterful series. They'll go as far as he can take them.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I LOVE IT!!!! As an Avs fan, this is the second best thing that can happen in the playoffs, with the Avs winning the Cup being the best. HOW SWEEP IT IS!!!!!!!
Curtis Joseph is a playoff choker. Always has been, always will be. He's fine in the regular season, but when the playoffs roll around he finds a way to lose.
You Suck. You also suck and you know who sucks the most? Curtis Joseph. He fning sucks. They couldn't sign any other better goalie? I don't remember who was out on the open market last year, but they could have done better. Haskek a year older, and a year slower could have done better than Cujo.
Isn't his playoff GAA below two? I mean, that's not too shabby. I can't say anything bad about Cujo because I remember him from his days with the Peoria Rivermen in the IHL. Back when it was a great league (better than NHL, IMHO) before it expanded to Las Vegas, Houston, etc. Those were the days.
His playoff GAA is about 1.9 Hasek's was 1.7 or something. I think that is kind of high for the playoffs.
OMG BigRockFan, that is hilarious!! I don't think you can really put this entirely on Cujo, but I think he's definitely going to receive the majority of the blame. Frankly, Guigerre flat out dominated. He was spectacular. The Wings have enough talent and scoring power to where the series shouldn't hinge on Cujo's play.
I'm freaking in love with the Stanley Cup playoffs....unbelievably exciting! I wish we had a hockey team....I find myself rooting for about 3 different teams every year at this time.
