    The request for Game 1 1994 Finals in the bumped thread led me to all the 1986 WCF games last night. Next thing I know it's 2:30 in the morning.

    Have to post this from Game 3 ... CBS had a little war-room interview with Rudy during the game, while doing his 1st-Half Video Scouting Analysis of the game. Note they mention the adjustments he made in 2nd-half, Game 2.



    Also, Game 5 after the 4Q Akeem v Kupchak fight. Rudy T is then on the bench, and walks Akeem back to the lockerroom after ejection.

    Oh, another interesting part of that game,,,they show Rudy and Calvin's retired numbers hanging in the rafters of the Summit. I didn't realize they were retired so fast ... before even being eligible for HOF.



    OK, now I'm getting deja vu like I've posted this vid of their retired numbers before.

    Thanks, heypartner! That was such a great series. The Lakers were the defending champs and few thought we had any chance. My only wish is that there was a better quality record somewhere of the games. Great quotes from Rudy!

    Rudy was like, "Come on Fitch, just move Sampson 26 feet out and it will open up the entire offense. We can play inside out and use that stripe out there that the league painted on the court. No one's using it, we should use it. Never underestimate the heart of a tape guy."
