    Norris strike snapped

With Rudy Tomjanovich benching back-up guard Moochie Norris during the Clippers' game, Norris' strike of playing 150-160+ straight games was snapped. I am sure that Rudy wasn't thinking about breaking Norris' strike, but rather about the Rockets winning. We had a solid lineup and that led us to rack up a lot of points. This shows the level of commitment to winning that Tomjanovich has.

What was Moochie "striking" for by playing in that many games?? World peace?? More Afro hair products on the market?? Glad to see a guy strike by actually working!!

He meant Norris was streaking after every game.

Moochie is decent. He is a player who needs confidence to play well. See his free throw form? Its way off from what it was last year. He thinks before he shoots this year.

The Rockets' website has Moochie listed as having played in all the games, and the box score for the last Clippers' game has him listed with six minutes. Am I missing something here?

You're right...Moochie's game log shows him playing in the Clipper game. Looks like the streak is still alive.

Sorry, I read something wrong. It was on the rockets official site that Moochie "didn't leave the bench" in the second half against the Clippers, so you're right.
