I imagine there are a few here that remember what happened to Kevin Willis in the playoffs when he played for the Rockets. He threw a cheap shot on Shawn Kemp, the refs painted a big bullseye on his forehead and he was completely worthless the rest of the playoffs. I doubt they do that to KG but i
Noah seems like a whiny little kid to me. Like the guy just can't take pain or serious work or something, at an NBA level i mean. Watching him guard shaq was embarassing yesterday. Sure it's shaq, but you would have though he was guarding Jason Vorhees by the way he acted. I wouldnt be surprised if he peed his shorts some.
hahaha! Man KG lost all rep. He truly is one of the most dirtiest players. By the way I really want Noah on the Rockets!!!
Dirty or not, Noah should shut up and play. He has no rep in the league at this point. He hasn't even had a career yet.
Why on earth does that matter? He has more of a career and more reason to speak up about it than any of us. And yet here we are, judging these players every hour of every day.
i like players who express what's on their mind, but Noah should be worrying about Shaq right now lol.....He's getting spanked by a guy who's way past his prime.....step your game up Noah!!!
This, and only this. Players should not be sheep, and just "shut up and play." Whether a rookie, or a 14 year vet, you should be able to speak out against players like Garnett, or Bruce Bowen. If you got hit in the face with KG's elbow, Codman, I guarantee you, you wouldn't just "shut up and play."
Isn't that where KG gets a lot of criticism? He picks on smaller players and guys who aren't established stars. Who else will speak up about it?
Um...Noah had 10 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks and 3 steals yesterday against the Cavs, playing with one good foot. I think that concludes that he did, in fact, shut up and play.
I remember him and LeBron got into a few scuffles in the regular season and playoffs a couple of seasons ago. LeBron would've whooped his ass, IMHO.
Garnett knew what he was doing when he threw that elbow. He knew that Richardson was shorter than 6'9" so he can throw his bow all he wants and proceed to run away like a little b**** just like how he tried to take a swing at Pachulia a couple of years back only to retreat with the quickness after his pathetic attempt at landing a punch.
Of course LeBron can kick his ass but LeBron won't let something like that take his reputation down. I mean, if Anthony Peeler can punk Kevin Garnett, LeBron James surely can and will as well.
