we gota thank morey for trading away our pick in return of ron ron, bc this yrs draft SUCKSS!! other than blake griffen is certain to be the 1st overall pick,whos gona go from 2nd to like 29th pick is very vague... and bc of the fact that we already have two great quality first rounders on our team, Von wafer and james white, von is only 23 yrs old and white is a world class athlete thats better than a geral green...develop these guys this summer and we wont need to waste accesses to get draft picks

The Rockets will essentially have two "rookies" to integrate this offseason in Joey Dorsey and James White. Dorsey was basically sidelined all year due to plantar fascitis, so he will be like a rookie next year. Plus, White has only been with the team for a few weeks. Having those two guys on the Rockets summer league team will be good. I agree that unless there is a player who Morey really likes, the Rockets can feel free to sit out this year's draft.
according to RGM, lots of teams may trade down/out of the lottery.. im sure if theres a good prospect les/morey will buy a pick
I guess Morey had already known there wouldn't be any good rookie deserving us to draft in 09 before he traded our picks last.
James White is close to a one trick pony when it comes to dunking form. Yes he's got a crazy vertical and length, but most of his dunks involve running, then extending. James has that and explosion close to the rim, there's no way white is a better overall dunker than Lebron. How can you say he's got a good bball IQ? I dont think he's been in the league enough to prove that, and he sure hasn't played enough to show it. I think saying he's "world class" is a big stretch, for now let's just say he doesn't have Green's attitude.
summer, I would rather to trap some rookies next season and start to rebuild. I would trade picks of this year for future picks even if i've got some.
He would not be a 12th man in this league if that was the case. I dont know enough about him, but obviously he has a fair way to go before he reaches your current expectations of him.
Dorey better work his ass this summer. Due to his foot injury, he has become our developmental rookie. Wafer will most likely fly away this summer. Hopefully he can one day become Chuck Hayes with a bit more offense.
