Shaq doesn't count cause it was a trade but,

    Ariza doesn't go

    Artest doesn't go

    Sheed doesn't go

    Villenueva doesn't go

Pretty funny. I wouldn't want to play in a **** hole like Cleveland either.

The Cavs next major target is Tony Parker!....wait, no, that's ANTHONY Parker from Toronto through a S&T.

the problem is no one wants to sign long term. lebron is probably gone after next year. shaq is not going to give you much in the long term future. who wants to be stuck in the aftermath? mark price wont save you.

if its a one year deal and youre an older player, cleveland seems like an ideal destination up there with boston.

I actually think it would be a good idea for them to try to pick up Von Wafer. That team could use another scoring wing that's not undersized.

I keep getting the feeling that they should have went for Vince Carter instead of Shaq.

I didn't know that Sheed had already decided against Cleveland. Anyway, they'll get someone if they're willing to put up the MLE, that MLE money is getting dry in a hurry.

Good point. LeBron has himself to blame for not getting winning players to sign on because he is flirting to jump ship. Who wants to come when they don't know the future of the franchise?

Except that Houston was recently rated a Top 5 NBA city to play in and Cleveland really is a **** hole.

I think if there was a clause on the contract that they would be released if Lebron left, All the free agents would be knocking at their doors

If the Cavs aren't able to sign anyone, I think that's a signal LeBron is bolting next summer.

    CLEVELAND: IT'S NOT DETROIT!

    LOL!

Cleveland really does suck. There is not much positive about the city. That, coupled with the fact that there is a good chance Lebron might leave....then a FA would be stuck there with no Lebron and no chance to win in sucky Cleveland.

I don't know what Shawn Marion will ask for, but imagine Marion and Lebron's athleticism together on the court.
