Although there are reports out there that the rockets are interested in drafting some players, we are in win now or never mode. Here is why: 1. We need keep Yao happy, since the rockets will not trade him and they will do anything to resign him. I think that's one reason that he has not resigned with the rockets cuz he wants to see what the rockets ate going to do to improve his team. 2. We all don't know how tmac will come back to play, but one thing for sure is that he will not be the old tmac we saw who could score 50pt and 13 in 33 seconds. 3. Alot of teams are looking for unload some heavy contracts this off season due to the finanical losses they have suffered. The rockets are one of the few teams that actually made some money last season and they really should catch this golden opportunity to get us another superstar! Instead of drafting a young player and given him time to develop, why not get us a player who is going to help us to win now!

Just to clarify to a few of you guys. In the NBA, teams make deals that help both sides. Washington would have to think this was a great move for them to pull the trigger. It looks to me as if you are giving them our scraps for their main course.
