[NLCS] Cards vs. Mets - Who are you rooting for?

I hate them both, but I'm cheering for the Cardinals.

Two reasons.

1.) Carlos Beltran
2.) I might actually get to go to a World Series game if St. Louis makes it. I'd cheer against them, of course, but I'd love to get the opportunity to go to a World Series game... haven't yet in my lifetime.

 

Where is the "It doesn't matter, Detroit/Oakland will destroy them in a 4-game WS sweep" option?

And The Mets will beat St. Louis.

 

i hate the cards, but atleast the astro killer puljos isn't cocky about it. i hate the mets and their yankee wanna be team. but i agree both teams will be done in 4 or 5.

mets.......sorry, always been a mets fan. i'll still admit that beltran did the astros wrong by actually acting like he was interested...if he didnt do that, i'd defend him.

I hate the Cardinals and dislike the Mets ... so I picked the Mets. I've gotten over Beltran for the most part, so it wouldn't be too hard to see him get to the world series. Either of these teams will lose in the WS though.

 

I'd rather see the Cards in the series then the stinking New York Mets and that motherf****er Beltran.

I think a Detroit/STL World Series would be epic just so it pisses off the media. I can imagine the talk on ESPN would not focus on the series but whether Joe Torre prefers Pepsi or Coke and whether "The Boss" is off pulling the wings off of dragonflys.

 

much like houston/chicago last year.... this case really would make for low ratings where it "matters"

 

i can't root for the cardinals unless they're playing the cubs, so i voted mets. i'd like for neither of them to get to the world series, but i've gotten over beltran and really have no reason to dislike the mets other than they're not the astros.

I'm rooting for a 8.0 earthquake underneath the parking lot at Shea Stadium.

It matters not....whoever wins the A's-Tigers series will destroy the NL champ. Rooting for Deeeeeetroit in that series. Jimmy Leyland is the reincarnation of John McGraw. I like stuff like that.
