Has anyone heard of any Final Fantasy type games being created for the Gamecube yet? I have always enjoyed those types of role playing games, but have heard nothing concerning that genre with regard to the Gamecube.
Soccer Slam is a blast too. But Monkey ball is my favorite right now. My 3 year old son & my wife bot like PacMan world 2 DD
Not yet. Mostly square (or the subisidary part of square working on N games) will be doing Gameboy advance games, and are porting FF tactics for it right now. The only hint of a square game coming for GC is that they said they wanted to make a game that took advantage of the GC - Gameboy advance connectivity stuff. There were rumors of a game based on some cartoon in Japan, called Final Fantasy Unlimited, but nothing confirmed. I think it'll be at least a year before any Square game comes out for the GC, if at all. Probably longer since they'll be focusing mainly on Gamboy Advance.
