    The marlins have Al Martin and Jose Valentin available

    since becoming a starter martin has hit .245 for the fish from the .200 he posted as a pinch hitter, he also has only one yr remaining on a 5 mil contract

    now on to jose, he is making 5 mil for two 2 yrs but is hitting .282 and can play ss/3b/of and even 1b
