NICKNAME needed for "Minute Maid Park"!

    It's official! The Astros home is now called "Minute Maid Park". What nickname would BEST suit it? Personally, I'm going to MISS the old nicknames: "Homerun Field" and "Ten-Run Field"! But alas, good things never last! So what will it be ya'll?:D

    i predict that very few people will actually say "i'm going to minute maid park tonight." I used to say, "we're heading out to the Dome." Then I said, "we're heading out to enron" tonight. That was enough...I don't see me saying, "i'm heading out to minute maid tonight." It just doesn't rollwell...

    I'm personally more likely to keep calling it Astros Field.

    What about something like the Double-MP?

    Here in Dallas they call the American Airline Center the Double-AC.

    oh.. and since it's now Minute Maid Park, oranges, etc... why don't the Astro's bring back the RETRO orange uni's??? that would be sweet!

    The Juice Box works. Apparently, ESPN has already picked up on this, so this is probably what it will be.

    I personally like "The Squeeze" the best.

    Since I still hold the strong (and likely naive) belief that NONE of the current Astros players are on the 'roids, I think it should be called Scurvy Town. :)

    Yay! I created the nickname for Minute Maid Park!

    I did hear them call it the "Juice Box" on Baseball Tonight, so I guess there is a slight chance they came up with it themselves. ;)
