Boy, I LOVE that song. When I hear the guitar on the song it just makes me get all hyped up. I know it is simple, but I miss Good nasty guitars in loud music. The song has good lyrics too! This is from someone who couldnt really stand How You Remind Me and Too Bad. And Hero just got played too many darn times. But when I heard this song, I actually bought their CD. Now those other songs are starting to grow on me a bit. Am I alone liking this song?
Nah, its a cool song. I'd love to kill his Dad too. I mocked my wife for buying this album but its growing on me also. This is a good song to kick it off.
I won the CD off of the radio a while ago, i laughed when i first heard the song (because the lyrics are pretty crappy) and it didnt seem that catchy now, but since I heard it on the radio this song is making me regret that I sold the CD. These guys are pretty good live, too. They were the headliners at Edgefest in Dallas and they suprised me with their show.
good old nickelback, i used to see them everyday near my house in langley, bc, just 30 minutes out of downtown vancouver...they used to always stop at the "white spot" where i used to eat a lot.
DUDE, you have to check out Bütch Wälker first, then Andrew W.K. for top-notch fun party rock. You will love them. And stay away from that new Def Air Supply stuff...
Yeah, Andrew W.K's alright, but not my style, if you like Party rock though, go get it. personally, I like some typical rock (ex. POD, Default, Incubus) and some hip-hop/rap (ex. swollen members, DMX, Beastie Boys).
Sorry guys but Nikelback blows IMO. That guy has the most annoying voice ever, and I guess is going for the Jesus look or something..... And those lyrics make me want to fuc*ing RALPH: "These 5 words in my head, scream are we having fun yet, yet, yet". Ummm Im pretty sure those are 7 words in your head. And Im pretty sure those are some of the cheesiest lyrics since the last REO Speedwagon album.
