Now would be a great time for the Rockets to put a little distance between them and the Suns. Toronto and The Clippers are must win games. Hopefully they'll be able to get 1 win out of SA, Detroit, and NJ. I'd be happy with a 3-2 record from the Rockets.

The Suns could very easily go 0-5.

The Warriors could go 4-1. Indiana is struggling big time. Chicago sucks. Milwaukee and Phoenix are winnable games. The only real tough team they'll face is Detroit.

Rockets won't catch up to the Lakers so it won't matter how they'll do.

I'm still not sold on the Lakers running and hiding, they are still shaky. Truthfully I'm more concerned though with the Rockets grabbing and holding the 8th seed, then working their way up. The Rocks are only 2 games behind the Lakers in the loss column and 3 behind the Jazz, so the 6th or 7th seed is possible. But if the Rockets win the games they should in the next 5, and the Suns continue to struggle and the Warriors stumble, the Rockets could build their lead in the playoffs to 2 to 4 games. That would be nice, because I would rather have a playoff berth, a comfortable lead, and worrying about seeding then worrying about getting in. The next 5 games are important. The Warriors have a tough road, Indiana is struggling but due to break through, the Bulls are good at home, they've beaten teams like Phoenix, and New Jersey at home so that's a potential trap. Milwaukee and Phoenix are battling for playoff sports, and Detroit will be a revenge game after the Warriors just beat them. Now is the time for the Rocks to put together a nice stretch and pad their position in the playoffs. Rocks need to beat the Spurs today.

Also keep in mind, the Rockets currently hold the tie breaker against Phoenix, Golden State and even the Lakers. The Suns and the Warriors tie breaker is the most important one, because it makes a 1 game lead in the loss column really a 2 game lead, or a 2 game lead really a 3 game lead.

The Suns' schedule looks the hardest, IMO.

Four playoff teams and one that is breathing down their(And our backs).

The Warriors could make up some serious ground in the next 5 games... Who'da thought?

Wow! Nice upcomming scheduele for us. We should go 5-0 (speaking inwhich SA played the KINGS yesterday, should have tired legs today.) But since we've been inconsistant all season long, we'll go either 4-1 or 3-2. If we go 2-3, 1-4, or 0-5... I will be reborn as a JAZZ fan!

Rockets already are 0-1. Most likely......we'll be 2-2 if WE CAN BEAT THE CLIPPERS AT LEAST ONCE. Golly.
    So we will be 2-3.

    Suns.....can go 0-5.
    Most likely.....1-4.

Warriors could surprise and beat all 5.
    HOPEFULLY....1-4.
    Probably 2-3.

    Lakers can go 5-0.
    But hopefully will lose 1.
    4-1. :)

ROCKETS NEED LUCK AND NEED TO WIN.

on espn they have an RPI ranking for the nba (25% winning %, 50% opp winning %. 25% opponents opponents winning %). we are ranked 12th, 8th in the west, with phoenix at 9th in the west, 15th overall. we also had the 3rd highest SOS, with the two teams ahead of us being denver and i think miami, bottom 5 teams. so we have had the hardest schedule (according to this ranking) of any playoff contender. gsw had a fairly week one and phoenix was significantly behind us as well i believe. so at least it looks like we should have the easier remaining schedule out of our competitors. gsw has also feasted on the east this season and only has 10 east games left (although that actually seems to be a lot considering you only play them 30 times) so who knows. at least our odds look good, but this team is too unpredictable to tell. everyone else just needs to lose a lot.

What's all this tiebreaker stuff? As far as I know we haven't clinched the first tiebreaker against any of those games until we play the 4th game. If we go 2-2 against any of those teams, we'll most likely lose the 2nd tiebreaker.
