So hear I sit........in the middle of the ocean somewhere between Singapore and Australia and wait. I know you guys are great about regurgitating every detail of such an event as this. I just want to say, thanks for everyone here who will give me the feeling like I was sitting there watching it for myself, even though I am half way around the world.........and Hurry the hell up, I can't wait!

I would not be surprised if there are some video clips of the news conference up on Rockets.com either later today or tomorrow.

And you are right, I am sure many of the posters here will fill everyone in on the latest stuff.

I think you can listen to the press conference live over the internet if you install the Real One Superpass thingy, and I think they even get give you a free month trial so maybe that could be an option. Check it out, because I know on rockets.com they have a link to the live audio of the press conference but you have to register...

Actually, we are all in luck. The Chronicle is webcasting it live via KHOU.

Check the right side. It says it will air "here" live at 2pm courtesy of KHOU. No link yet. I assume it will be updated or maybe it will appear on the front page of the Chron. Don't know.

One other update...at http://www.khou.com/ there is a note at the top that says to go to their site at 2pm for a live webcast of the news conference.

The RealOne site is setup to trick people. They want to charge you so they post free trial crap but really, the free player is in the upper right hand corner of the site in SMALL letters. Bastards!
