Everytime I read stuff like this I can't help but wonder what type of punishment would best suite these monsters.

The same kind of punishment you'd give any other human being because, you know, we're not savages.

ISIS Behind Munich Terror Threat That Closed Train Stations, Officials Say

Police in Munich evacuated two train stations on Thursday after French intelligence services contacted them with a credible terror threat, Munich police told ABC News.

The threat included a planned suicide bomb attack at two railway stations at midnight by five to seven people belonging to the Islamic State, German officials said.

The two rail stations under threat -- the main Munich train station and the Pasing station -- were evacuated and authorities did not allow any trains to stop there for several hours, a police spokeswoman told ABC News. The stations have since reopened.

Police were performing sweeps of the stations but so far no arrests have been made and nothing suspicious has been found.

Looks like a situation like the one in Paris was very narrowly avoided.

And you guys still attack me because I have a problem with your ideology?

    Sheesh.

And while we are at it:

Police: 2 killed, at least 4 wounded in Tel Aviv pub shooting

(CNN)Two people have been killed and at least four others were seriously injured in a shooting near a pub in Tel Aviv, Israel, police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld told CNN Friday.

Large numbers of police officers in Tel Aviv are searching for the suspect, Israeli police spokesperson Luba Samri told CNN.

"From the initial investigation of the incident, it is not possible to determine if this is a criminal or terror attack. Both directions are being investigated," Samri told CNN.

A masked attacker dressed in black
Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv told CNN that two people were dead, two were badly injured and one person was lightly wounded. The discrepancy in the number of injured -- whether it was three or four -- could not immediately be resolved.

The police said the attack took place at 130 Dizenghof Street. The establishment at that location is called Sidewalk Cafe.

Israel has recently been hit by a wave of seemingly random stabbings of civilians and soldiers, apparently not directed by any particular organization.

Two witnesses told Israeli news outlets that someone dressed all in black, with a black mask, carried out the attack with what looked like a military-style assault rifle, CNN's Ian Lee reported. Police have not confirmed witness accounts about what the attacker was wearing or what type of weapon the suspect had.

Because 72 virgins are no match for fissile plutonium? I think watching the sun fall out of the sky twice in a week would keep anyone in line.

In relative terms where 99.9% of the population isn't affected at all in their respective nation?

The United States, Canada and many other western nations.

24/7 news coverage is really inflating fears. It's time to take a step back and take a meta look at Islamic terrorism.

Because of the raw numbers of how many people are killed by it? Good luck. That isn't how societies react to anything.

Before 24/7 news coverage and readily available internet, people were more worried about problems within their sphere of influence.

Hence why I stated that 24/7 news coverage and mass internet is a double edged sword where the individual is more 'informed' but also more paranoid.

At the very least with all these prevented attacks, western intelligence gathering entities are doing something right... right?

I guess a cynical individual would wonder if any of these prevented attacks are fabricated.
