New URL for FBB Sim

    In case you didn't see the new url in the other thread, here it is:

    http://users2.ev1.net/~morningstarmanor/simleague/index.htm

    That will be the new site from now on. Same address as before nearly, just
    /~morningstarmanor/simleague/index.htm
    instead of
    /~morningstarmanor/simleague/fbb/index.htm

    Some parts still temporarily down, but up and running for the most part.
