I just saw a new video from the punk boy band Sum 41. It looked like the first video from the Strokes where it looks like a live show, is shot on a red hued set, has the band name spelled out in lights, and has strange things intercut into the video that flash on the screen. At first I thought it was just them copying and interesting video, but now I think they are making fun of the Strokes. Especially when I noticed that one of the things that flash on the screen is a hangman game. If you've seen both videos, what's your take?
LOL. I actually have barely listened to it, but I'll never like it as much as the music press does. I just like it that they're making fun of what's now 'cool'.
