The CD is set to release on May 1st. They have a small teaser of the first single "Far Cry" on their site...which sounds wicked but it's hard to make anything out of it other than it reminds me of "Hemispheres". Go check it out...it's not much...@ Official Rush Site. It's right on the homepage after you click high or low bandwith. The single should be out on Mar. 19th or 20th. Rush is saying this may be their best work ever and it resembles more of their classic older stuff. Their really stoked about how it turned out. Anyway, Rush fans rejoice! Summer tour to follow! For the rest of you...move along.

I was skeptical... After hearing the very brief clip.... ... ...yeah... it kinda sounds like hemispheres. must hear more!
Listened to the clip and it sounds pretty good. Hemispheres was always my favorite, so that doesn't suck.
heard about this yesterday, adn my first thought was..."Coooll, surf is gonna be stoked" what does that say about my life? and needless to say, I will indeed get this, even moreso since that clip sounds cool.
The new Rush song "Far Cry" debuted today and is posted over at the Rush website if anyone is interested. I haven't heard it on the radio yet...should start playing it tomorrow probably. By the way, I really like the new song. I find it compelling, brilliant, intense, skilled, etc. . I have to listen to it a lot more to "digest it". It's Rush showing off their chops. I can't wait for the rest of the album. It's still Rush so if you hated it before...then you still hate it now (get lost...lol).
YES!!! Awesome new tune.... Dug every minute of it. Cant wait to pick up the CD and see the concert! Sounds polished, precise, and determined - great song!
