Some new music dropped last week for the band Snow Patrol http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Hundred_Million_Suns and also The Killers will be releasing a new album the end of this month... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Day_&_Age Anybody pick up the new Snow Patrol album and how is it? Whats the outlook for the new Killers album? I am looking for some good music, and these guys have been two of the best of the popular music crop.
A Hundred Million Suns is a solid album. Haven't heard the new stuff from The Killers but I haven't been a big fan since Hot Fuss.
I will probably pick up the Killers' new album although I still need to pick up Oasis' latest one plus many albums by The Charlatans UK, Primal Scream, Ian Brown, and the Verve's debut. Too much music that I like that I don't have. As for Snow Patrol, I used to have one of their albums but I got rid of it. Tells you how much I listened to it as I can't even remember the name of it.
As a recent pirate of the Snow Patrol's album, it blew goat balls. Yet, it might just not be my type of music because I didn't like any tracks on the album. As far as the killers album goes, I don't know yet. Gotta cop that exclusive. ya dig?
I've had the new Snow Patrol for a few weeks now. It is quite ordinary in comparison to their previous two releases. The Killers new album has been leaked song by song recently. I've heard three tracks from Day and Age, and they are pretty solid. The Killers are definitely bringing back the synth sounds of Hot Fuss.
Awesome, Hot Fuss was great, even though some tracks on Sam's Town were really good, the entire album did not sound as good as Hot Fuss.
Guys Day and age JUST LEAKED like 20 mins ago I was there for the whole thing it was CRAZY, I was one of the first people to get it on Earth(well besides Japan). It should be spreading out to all the torrent sites VERY soon.
