I don't get all the hate Joe gets? What if Joe never disciplined his kids? What if he let them do whatever they want without any form of punishment? Give Joe a break for godsakes..
this song actually had more soul and funk in it than any of MJ works post Thriller.. I always thought "Bad" would've topped off a nice "3-peat" of "perfect" albums for MJ.. instead of being the weaker of his first trio of solo Epic albums, that it eventually turned out to be.. had he gone through with the double CD plan.. providing he'd supply it with a balancing, and thoroughly involved, re-visitation of his soul/funk roots.. it was already littered with pop hits as it was.. just didn't have enough musical substance..
