    Most of this new media is from the Game Convention in Leipzig.

    This might be just some of the things that were cut from the E3 trailer. The physics and animation are nice. FWIW, sounds like this won't be out until after August 07 (kind of obvious); Kojima said something about showing final gameplay at this same event next year.

    I'm starting to think Red Steel only has one level and after that sword fight you see "GAME OVER" ... :D

    I like the look of Sonic... SPEEEEEED!

    I believe both of these will be exclusive to the 360 (next-gen versions anyway...IOW, PS3 will start at FIFA08 and PES7 I guess).

    Sony has announced some of their playable PS3 titles at TGS at this show:

    There will be at least another 9 titles that will be playable (27 total), and I believe they will be showing 35+ games in a video reel. Since it seems like Sony doesn't have much of the PS3 to show at the GC show (except for maybe a Hot Pink SKU somewhere), it looks like TGS will be big for them.

    I actually think it's more the style of the game that makes it look bad. Plus, you need to make sure you increase the size of the picture. I'm on a pretty large monitor and it wouldn't fit, so I had to click on it. Looked much better at it's true resolution.

    As for Red Steel, I'm liking it much less everytime I see it. I'm not a graphics w**** at all really, but it needs to look better than it does right now or I'm probably not going to buy it. If the gameplay looked perfect then it'd be a different story, but it still looks pretty dodgy to me.

    RC Cola, you should post the new Heavenly Sword trailer. It looks freaking incredible. :eek:

    The Heavenly Sword trailer isn't new (from E3). It is freaking incredible though. :)

    As for Red Steel, I'm getting kind of turned off on it too. It seems like some of the problems from E3 are still there...which would make sense if that was the E3 build, just like every other trailer on a next-gen game. I hate that.

    I'm going to start looking to see if anything is worth posting in here BTW.

    Hmm...thought the Heavenly Sword trailer was new. Says it was posted August 23, 2006 (shown at GC 2006, obviously). I looked at the video from May 9 (E3) and it's different. It doesn't have the narrated parts in it.

    Not that it really matters, but I'm just curious if it's really not new, or if it was just very similar to the E3 trailer.

    It is new to IGN (or whatever site you saw it), but not the internet. At the very least, it is EXACTLY the same as the HS trailer in this link (except the one in this link gives you a HD feed without a subscription):

    That was dated 8/18, and it came from a European PS3 preorder disc that had mostly E3 trailers. If there is anything new in that trailer from the E3 trailers (there were several of them...though most weren't "official"), then it isn't much; it just seems like they mixed in a bunch of different footage from various E3 videos.
