Just picked this up off Newegg along with a Cooler Master X2 NotePal.

    Acer Aspire AS7750G-6662 Notebook
    Intel Core i5 2430M(2.40GHz)
    17.3"
    4GB Memory DDR3 1066
    640GB HDD 5400rpm
    DVD Super Multi
Dedicated 2GB AMD Radeon HD 6650M

Needed a new laptop for some number crunching in Excel and something that I can waste hours of my life playing Diablo 3 on.

Seems to be a pretty good buy. Posting because I am curious if anyone else is familiar with the "switchable" graphics this seems to have. Seems that was the only complaint in the user reviews.

I'm going to dump some more memory into it and possibly switch out the HDD for a SSD. Also seems a lot of folks were receiving the computer with the next step up in processor @ 2.5 GHz.

What's the deal with WHITE PEOPLE buying things instead of renting them, leasing them, or putting them on layaway????

From what I can tell it comes with an integrated Intel card & the Radeon card on board.

Radeon card is used for graphic intensive programs and integrated card for anything else.

I'm not computer wiz so I might have that all wrong. Just what I took away from reading 30+ customer reviews.
