His first two albums were both good, with the second being better, I think. I've listened to the third once... the beats are pretty crazy, especially on "Drunk and Hot Girls".
Are you serious?...... Everyone please ignore that comment. Chamillionaire is definitely a great artist, but both of Kanye's albums are near classics. Not for everyone, but not wack. Come on man. Yeah, anyway I'm definitely picking it up tomorrow. I mean when you have a choice between 50 Cent and Kanye.......it's not even a question anymore Lol.
The collaboration with Daft Punk on the track "Stronger" is outstanding. The collaboration with Chris Martin on the track "Homecoming" is pretty good as well. Much better than Chris Martin's work with Jay-Z. I really didn't care for the "Barry Bonds" track with Lil Wayne. The track "Big Brother" where he somewhat disses Jay Z is one of my favorites also. Here is Zach Galifianakis video with Kanye West on "Can't tell me Nothin" <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/2x0TumWdlhk"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/2x0TumWdlhk" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
I loved the first (classic), hated the second, and like the third so far. Chamillionaire's Ultimate Victory is better than Graduation imo though. I'm not even going to bother with 50 at all.
Uhhh, yeah. That goes without saying. I'm saying if you want to buy an album tomorrow and the choice is between Kanye or 50 Cent, I'm getting Kanye and I don't have to think twice about it. And look, the classic album debate can go on forever because it is all subjective. It's not even worth debating. I have read reviews of his first two albums saying near classics and I agreed with it. That's all I'm saying.
Kanye's album is great. 4.5/5 50 cent album absolutely sucks 1/5. I can only listen to 2 tracks on it(Man Down and Ayo Technology)
