No, Ive noticed when you copy and paste on the forum using iPhone, it adds asterisks instead of spaces in some spots. I have a feeling this thread is going to go DOWNHILL...oh well, I'm ready.
The only thing that people are complaining about is providing your contact list to Dragon Dictate....
Just downloaded the app, thanks. One quick note -- on iTunes, there's this big fat debate about whether this app has a privacy/security issue, because it seems to zap all your contacts to its servers. Some people were pissed. The official reaction from Dragon is that it does upload your contacts, but only the names, so that it can add to its database and properly translate to text. They say they do not upload phone/email and share this info with no one. No idea if that's true or not, just passing along... Looking forward to testing this baby out.
Okay I found the solution to the asterisks problem! Here's how it works. Say whatever you want to say and then hit send to clipboard. Then when you go on to the BBS to post, you will then hit paste and it will paste your text without asterisks. This post was done using the app. I did not have to type a single word. But I have to talk like a robot for the app to understand me.
Well it used to say "Tmac Attack" after his arrival back in 2004. And it stayed this way for years. But since he abandoned the team last year, Ive abandoned that sig. Havent thought what to replace it with....its just a sig. But if any of you got a suggestion, lemme know!
