Liked track number 2, seemed catchy. Track number 1 had some God references early on that could throw people off into thinking it's either "inspirational" or just not hard-core. I don't think your first or maybe second lyricist on track one was on beat or very legible.

Number 10 seems playable also, but it seems like the hook could be tweaked. Again with the Jesus/religion: I don't think middle class white kids listen rap to be morally inspired by blacks, it's about sexual and behavioral escapism and saying the "n" word (and subliminally reinforcing the socioethnic hierarchy).

Track 11 could be a stealth local hit if it came out in April, even though the black with the british (?) accent (do black people think graduating from school is upper crust?) is a little jarring out of the gate.

**Yeah, just re-clicked track 2 "(Chicken) Break Me Off" and that works right out of the gate.

Thanks for the feedback man. We're currently in the processing of gettings shows booked and basically networking all around the city. We'll be shooting a music video very soon for track number 2 btw! We definitely feel that's our club banger.

    2nd album dropping this summer!

Yeah that might not be the best idea, especially if your bumpin it within 24 hrs of its last reply.

Honset feedback from someone who does the DJ thing on the regular, I heard the intro and the 2nd track, and stopped right about there. Like the beats, chicken beat sounded real west coast, the lyrical vibe I got seemed south park mexican type.....won't play nationally, but might get some spins in houston with some hard hard street/club promoting and getting singles in dj's hands.

To be even MORE bluntly honest, you might be able to make a decent amount of change by pushing the beats to someone who is a better rapper, whether thats bigtime or local. I know some west coast artists that would murder those beats and those singles would proceed to dominate left coast night life.

Well as of now we're giving out our first album, trying to build a fanbase by booking shows and working with djs, club promoters around the city. Our second album(which blows this one out the water) is due out this summer. It will be given out for free as well.

As far as selling beats. That's always been our intention as a source of revenue. If u could refer me to some of those artists that would be great. Also have some friends in cali and will pay them a visit this summer to promote and network even more. Supposed to be introduced to a DJ for Power 97.

For your opinion on our lyrical style, no disrepsect but this is our first project and I think for the majority, we rap fairly decent throughout the album. Much better than soulja boy, kirko bangz, marcus manchild, paul wall, mike jones, spm and so on. Thank you for listening to us though. The overall response from everyone in general has been very positive.

Well that's just it. It's an opinion. Especially in the rap game there are so many different lyrical styles; so many different beats. You can't expect everyone to prefer the same style.

Oh yeah no doubt. That's why I'm still thankful towards anyone who takes time out to listen. We all have our tastes. Some like DMX while others like Kanye and so on. That's something we have to respect.
