Every post-season Harden is forced to change his game; it visibly throws off his rhythm. I predict he will struggle slightly and peak in March, thus giving us a true glimpse of what we should see in the playoffs. This benefits the Rockets by creating familiarity among the starters and should help the production of offense when the game slows down post-season. There is a silver lining to the new rule. Looking forward to breaking our regular season record and blasting our way to the top...should be fun.

And truthfully looking back at highlights of when he first arrived were my favorite, before the looking for a call instead of the score

They also need new rules for GSW illegal screens, Draymond's kicks to the ballz, Kawhi ever changing pivot foot and Russell Westbrook's screaming everytime he goes to the rim

Hopefully they don't make new rules for CP3's and Harden's flopping!

Refs swallow their whistles in the playoffs. Harden's flopping won't work then so I'm glad he's being trained right now by the refs to not flop. This will prepare us for the playoffs.

The one thing Harden definitely has to improve on next off-season is to score in the paint without drawing fouls. He needs to be able to go to it when the refs aren't giving him the calls and in the playoffs where there are less calls. He also needs a mode he can go into where he isn't actively looking to draw fouls while dribbling up the ball halfcourt. He does this way too often expecting the ref to give him calls, then he goes and commits an offensive foul with a push off when things don't go his way, no matter if the defender flopped or not. Often this also leads to turnovers and him not running back on defense.

Honestly. . . . If you allow me unlimited fouls . .. I can probably hold curry to under 15 pts a game
Sometimes playing through the contact is possible . .. but alot of times. . if the WORLD CLASS ATHLETES are allowed
    unlimited fouls . . . . .Don't matter how good you are

I agree that those non calls will be in our favor by playoffs time.
The NBA doesnt want a player to be on the line 20 times a game on national TV. It just wont happen.
So Harden will need to find a way to go around it. He's smart enough and good enough of a player to find ways.
Now he has the whole season to figure it out.
