there should be some corrective action taken against nifong. this case's purpose was to soley pander to african american voters and in the process, destroying 3 young students' lives. i hope you're happy nifong.
Like the law professor said even if the guys are convicted, it is highly probable their convictions would be overturned on appeal because of prosecutorial misconduct. At first I thought the guys were guilty but after DNA and alibi evidence, pictures from the party, and the other stripper's testimony, IMO the victim was a drugged out ho looking for money. The mistake these guys made was they should have spent more money and got a higher class stripper.
Whatever happened at the party, these guys are guilty of playing lacrosse and that's enough of an indictment of them as individuals already.

I saw this on 60 minutes last night and man the DA seemed like he was on a real power trip. I was appalled. So many missing pieces to the case. Makes me wonder what the DA would do to poor defendants in similar situations. How would they be able to defend themselves?
