omg, these are great. I loved the last two ones. I once saw this other Japanese prank show, where these guys would suddenly scream in people's ears in the street. Some ppl who were on bikes fell of the bike even. Funny stuff. The Japanese are light years ahead of the Western world in action comedy.
They could never pull that stunt in Texas ~ there would be several dead pranksters from the return hail of gunfire.
I think there were some gags like this on Viva La Bam several years ago. That waterslide one is EPIC though!
Oh man, i'm so ready to start an in-depth debate about this subject. _____ USA KICKS ASS IN ACTION COMEDY
I remember I used to do that at UH and Rice on the elevators in the library. My friends would get pissed because I'd do it on the 1st or 2nd floor and when we got to upper floors everybody would be staring at the elevators and my friends would still be cussing me out for scaring the crap out of them yet again.
What they didn't show was that first guy they woke up kicking the crap out of them. You know why they could never do that in America? Could you imagine them doing that to a gang banger or a war vet? He'd pull a pistol out of the nightstand and the pranksters would be dead.
I thought the pranks were funny, but kicking a guy crosses the line from prank to serious. In America just coming into someone else's house without permission could mean a shooting takes place. I saw an episode of COPS recently were a homeless man broke into a house so he could take a bath. The people were home and found him soaped up in their tub. The husband had a gun, but he took pity on the guy and just called the cops instead of shooting him.
I find it hard to believe that they can just pick up some guys futon, carry it all the way up a waterslide or into a horse field and the guy doesn't wake up. It's fake.
