I hate Real so much. I tried out this 14 day free trial thing, well I thought I could just cancel it easily on the internet, buuuuuuuuuuut noooooooooooooooooo.

You have to call them, sit through an annoying voiced automated service for like 15 minutes until you finally get to talk to an operator. At least the operator was good enough, he didn't try to persuade me to not cancel. Their system is definately designed to stop people from canceling though.

Who remembers the good ole days when video on the internet was free?

I can't believe they charge MONTHLY FEES!

It was $30 last year for the entire season.

This year it's $10/month and you can't pay a one time full season due. That's $80.

MLB Webcast Visual games were $80 this year.

    This is BULL****.

I was reluctantly considering the $30 deal this year. No way i'm paying $10/month. NHL is free.

So sad to be away from NBA play by play.

I'll get my fix in Chat. Thanks RockHEAD, Codell and the others. ddddddddddddddd.

Oski, I absolutely agree with you. Make sure they don't start charging you again all of a sudden. They did that with me after I canceled.

I remember going through the whole RealOne thing...

I had just gotten a new computer, and I downloaded and tried to play some movie that needed Realplayer, so I went to download it, knowing the good ole regular Realplayer was a free download. Instead, I see this f*cking RealOne player thing, and the ONLY way to download the basic player was to sign up for the 15-day free trial of RealOne with all the gee-wiz features no one ever uses. After debating with myself for an hour I signed up, then cancelled the very next day as soon as their phone hours began. Of course, the operator was really surprised: "wow, you know you still have 2 weeks left on your FREE trial sir?" Why yes I do, and I also know you a*sholes are trying to sucker me into forking up good money for something I absolutely don't need! Goodbye!
