http://www.nj.com/newslogs/nets/index.ssf?/mtlogs/njo_netsblast/archives/2006_12.html#214314 Please take him!
he might actually fit well since the only post threat they have (Krstc) does a lot of hanging out at the perimeter anyway. Hell, I'd send him over there for Mikki Moore.
If we lose Juwon, who is going to play PF/Backup Pf/C? unless we get a bigman back of course, do this CD!
The gods must be in an awesome mood today- first Bonzi saga may be resolved and now someone actually wants Juwan!
Nothing has happiened but just the fact another team as asked about Juwan is awsome! There is still hope we can trade him for a smaller shorter contract...
Actually, the sad reality is that he's not. $6-7 mil extra under the cap for the next 3 years is actually more important than him. But that's immaterial. For any trade to work(assuming Nets are over the cap), we're getting at least $5 mil worth of player(s) back.
Ya after we got kicked in the gut ever since Andy went with the Yankees, to Tracy's back and then the Vince coming home and doing us.
Boki is useless! At least Juwan has been rebounding some and he even accidenty makes a shot or two. Boki SUCK!
Give me a break dude. Nachbar can't even play for the pathetic Nets. Juwan is a much more accomplished player

Successful Scenario Due to Houston, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Boston being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Houston, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Boston had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
either could scott padgett....wait a minute he is on the rockets now lol no to boki, or miciness they both sucks. Juwan is better.
I'd love to get rid of Juwan's contract. And yet, who's going to play backup PF for us. Hayes is walking foul trouble, and Juwan's actually played well for us lately. He's going for 8.2 ppg and 9.6 rpg in December. I'm not too confident in Padge or Novak, so unless we can get a decent backup big in return, I say pass. I can't believe I just said that.
