Following their massive hit with “Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” in 2022, Netflix has premiered the teaser trailer for the next chapter in the Ryan Murphy-produced anthology series.

“Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” will follow the two brothers who made headlines over the murder of their parents in their Beverly Hills home in 1989.

The story made national news during the trial with the brothers claiming years of abuse led to the patricide and matricide. Prosecutors argued that their motive was to get their hands on the family fortune.

Nicholas Chavez and Cooper Koch have been cast as Lyle and Erik Menendez respectively. Joining them are Javier Bardem, Chloë Sevigny, Nathan Lane, Ari Graynor, Leslie Grossman, Dallas Roberts, Paul Adelstein, Enrique Murciano, Drew Powell and Marlene Forte.

Ian Brennan, Max Winkler, Paris Barclay, Michael Uppendahl, and Carl Franklin direct episodes of the series which will premiere on the service on September 19th.

Just like with Aaron Hernandez, this could be an all-time great series if Netflix gets it right.

It’s ridiculous how all these killers are getting tv shows rewarding them for their abhorrent behavior. I just don’t get it and I won’t be watching. The message is all wrong. Should I decide that I want to be remembered, then I know what to do. It becomes entertainment so I guess make it good.

You can sum this **** they did up in one sentence.
