I hate Minnesota a lot, too. They sure act like they are the **** even though they have only gotten out of the Western Conference 1st Round one f*cking time in the last 7 or 8 seasons.

My guess is they will get the normal penalty for punching. TRUE the NBA wants to send a messgae, but at the same time there are precedents here for punching like what we saw. If Stern/NBA put TOO heavy a penalty on those guys, something that is much harsher than what has been given in the past, then Billy Hunter of the Players Union would protest and would win.

 

Wow. This is going to hurt Nene's trade value - he's already been picking up a rep for having temper issues.

Kandi man being suspended will probably help the Wolves. If only KG could have convinced Wally to pull a Stephen Jackson!

I'd assume both get suspended for 3 to 5 games.

You know, the one thing that I don't understand about KG is why he isn't knocking the teeth out of players like Kandi and Spree in practice instead of Rick Respert? He oughta be chewing a hole out of both of those idiots. Instead he's punching Rick Respert and going after Wally all the time. I love KG but there is absolutely no reason for that team to have the record that they do right now. He's just not showing a whole lot of leadership in my opinion.

 

My thoughts exactly. Then again, Spree is a nut and Kandi isn't to sane either, so maybe he's steering clear of those guys. Kandi is such a waste of talent. He has the talent to be a Top 5 center but couldn't really care less. He's the Benoit Benjamin of this era. And Sprewell is more concerned with whining about a contract extension then winning an NBA championship.
