I have an assignment for school to make a website (something serious) and i only have 3 days to do it , my teacher was really bad and I was lazy/stupid and i didnt listen to him and now I dont have too much time to read my book (about HTML), the website should be something simple with asp,java... and stuff like that .I "should" make the website only with the normal notepad program , but i dont have time for that so could you please recommend any good html/Web Development programs that i could use (something simple ), and i know it sound bad but if you could tell me if there is some place that i could download a complete website I would be grateful.

Well, if you have Office or Windows, you probably have Frontpage Express (I'm not sure which it's bundled with). While I'm not a fan of Frontpage, and this is even the 'Express' version of it, it should get the job done. Unless you want to scrape up cash for the full version or Macromedia Dreamweaver (which I recommend). If you're serious about getting into web-design (I know this is an assignment, but in the future), you should really learn the basics in Notepad and stuff. It helps alot with debugging, even when using WYSIWIG programs.
