My girl's bday is this Friday and I'm trying to find a relatively nice place with a nice dance floor (hip hop music preferred) and an outside patio or lounge area where it's easy to hear the other person talk. I'm looking for a place with a mixed crowd, so please don't name any of the places such as Karma or Sting...the two all Asian clubs in Dallas on Fridays (maybe they only go on Saturdays now...I'm not sure ).
Sunset Lounge (owners of Candleroom) has a nice patio. It's on Ross by downtown. Joyce plays hip hop, but sometimes they dont open their patio. Suite is cool too. It's on Travis Street. Then there is Wish on 75 @ knox/henderson. It has a huge patio with sleeper sofa things.
