[Need Nerd Help] How do I make my Liquid website stay at 1024 x 768?

I bought a stretched (liquid) template and would prefer if it would just stay at one size rather than changing to fit people's resolution settings.

I'm wanting to change these settings using Dreamweaver.

Change width's parameter from % to px.

For instance

Change from
<div style="width:100%">contents </div>
to
<div style="width:960px">contents</div>
