I am in the process of purchasing a new home and the lender is requiring me to to order a survey of the townhome. Time is kind of the essence here, and some have told me it could take a couple of weeks to do, but I need something within 2-3 business days and that won't take forever to get done/finalized. Any one here has a suggestion based on your past experience in Houston? What did they charge you to do it? Thanks!
