Need help w/ PS2 memory card (before i kill my sister!)

ok, after a semester of playing ncaa 2k4, i had quite a nice dynasty going. had it up to 3 teams, and had utep actually playing well. so school ends and i come back to houston for winter break tonight. i'm playing and my sister comes home. as i'm about to save, i point out you can get online and she proceeds to look at the little online thing on the back of the PS2 and, while i'm in the process of saving my dynasty, somehow hits the power button. now the dynasty file is corrupt and it won't let me open it. so, is there anyway possible to get it back or am i F'd. i'm thinking i'm F'd and that i may have to kill my sister. now my memory card doesn't have nearly as much free space as it should if the dynasty file is gone but all that's in it's place is a 67 kb corrupt file. so to any smart computer type people, anyway to save me?

to any evil people out there, any way to get my sister back?

i pretty much majored in ncaa 2k4 this semester and now i have nothing to show for it. looks like it's time to start a new one and win vince a few heismans.
