My mom subscribed to Earthlink DSL last March. They automatically deducted the $100 for setup fees, ect from her bank account... and told her the DSL would be in her area shortly. She waited a couple months and the DSL never came. Finally, she gave up on them and told them she wanted her money back. She has been fighting with them for hte past couple months to get her money back. They said they would give it back, but it never showed up in her account. Now finally they are saying they never deducted the money and she never had an account with them. She has the bank statement that shows them deducting the money. They told her she would need to contact her bank about this since they didn't make the transaction (BS). she was talking to a supervisor and they would not help her. He wouldn't give his first name. He would not connect her to his boss. Anyone have any ideas?
NO idea. But, this stuff seems to happen to me all the time. I think I should be a bit mroe careful with auto drafts account. This just makes me mad though.
