he meant loyalty program, it's where you send an old camera in and get a better one basically. for a discount of course. i think it's like 20% off the refurbished price from their site. it might be more of a discount for certain models.
Sorry to derail this thread but where is a good place in town to get a camera fixed? I had a nice Olympus point and shoot with retractable lens which I dropped while the lens was open. It fell right on the lens so the lens no longer retracts and the camera doesn't work anymore.
