i want to start a LLC here in texas and i wanted to get advise from people here who did it themselves. what do i need to do or where do i need to go and do i do it when i have investments made or is forming a LLC the first step? thx guys for any guidance or advise
I am not a small business owner, but you should get some good info from http://www.score.org/index.html and attending a local meeting.
Find a accounting. They can help you set up your corporation. You could find all the forms yourself and save a few hundred. Off the top of my head, you need to apply for a DBA, Tax Permit, EIN and wahtever else I'm missing.
