The reports shows that he has interest in going to UT... I hope he goes there. Along with T.J. Ford, the Horns may be finally able to snatch the tournament crown.

I went to his HS but I was class of '97. The kid is awesome and he could continue to put Houston HS basketball on the map.

Yeah I hope he goes to UT, but he'd have no place on the Rockets.

I hate to say it, but him entering the draft out of high school would be better than going to one year of college, then declaring...

If no foreign players come out then i believe next year's draft will be a very big drop off of this year draft. Besides James there is really nobody that is "special talent" that might be comming out of next years draft. (not including foreign players) I think the best prospect in college is Chris Bosh rite now and i don't believe he will come out unless he as a monster year.

What the hell?!!!!!!!!! So now everyone who is good enough should just jump to the pros? You guys are the reason that american basketball is getting caught by these foreigners. Yea, he might be good enough to come out of hs and get 15 mins/game and be a non-factor or he could go to a couple of years of college where he gets better coaching and his body has time to develop so that when he is drafted he can actually play in the NBA. It is so sad to see people act like going to college to play ball means that you are somehow inferior to kids that jump to the l.

Chris Bosh? He is the epitome of overrated. Bosh is a decent player, but will never be a star. Ebi is a Nowitzki clone.

if the rockets somehow get a mid-first round pick next year(maybe a kt trade?), i would definitely reccomend getting ebi if he's available. We are so deep, we won't really need him the next 2-3 or so years. Since he's a high school player that is perfect. He could spend his rookie year learning and getting scrap minutes behind rice and boki at the 3 and behind mo t and griffin at the 4. AFter rice is moved out he could back up or compete for the starting spot at 3 for the next few years as he develops.

At Westbury Christian a couple years ago they held a big mans camp and Ebi was there. He was a Sophmore then and I was a Junior. Me and him actually went head up. They broke us down into smaller groups according to height and had us practiceing post moves in the block. To make a long story short Ebi was killin everyone. I posted up on him and he blocked it right back in my face(but hey..I was only 6'3) Ebi was by far the best player there and the coaches new it. Bliss from Baylor was kinda heading it up and would use him as am example everytime...it was kinda gay. Ne waz thought i would share that... later
