[NCAA] Oklahoma State WR Dez Bryant declared ineligible

    The NCAA has ruled Oklahoma State wide receiver Dez Bryant ineligible for unethical conduct. Bryant apparently failed to disclose his relationship with a former NCAA player.

    Oklahoma State has begun the process to apply for Bryant's reinstatement. His status for this week's game already was uncertain due to an injured hamstring. He leads the team with 17 catches for 323 yards and four touchdowns.

    "I made a mistake by not being entirely truthful when meeting with the NCAA," Bryant said in a statement. "I sincerely regret my mistake and apologized to my teammates, coaches, OSU fans and the NCAA."
